Mercedes CDI Injector Holder No. 1 for 6 Cylinder

This vertical injector holder was specifically designed for Mercedes-Benz diesel injectors.
It securely holds up to six injectors in an upright position and keeps them organized during removal, cleaning or maintenance.

The holder features numbered slots (1–6) which allow a clear assignment of each injector to its respective cylinder. 

This prevents mix-ups during service or engine repair.
 

A key design feature of this holder is the integrated angled drainage channel.
It allows oil residues, soot particles and cleaning fluids to drain off in a controlled manner. Injectors can therefore be cleaned and dried directly inside the holder without liquid accumulation or contamination buildup.

The internal sleeve geometry ensures that the injector needle does not contact the base of the holder, protecting the sensitive injector tip during storage and handling.
 

Compatible with 9 Mercedes CDI engine families:

• 4-cylinder: OM611, OM646, OM640, OM651, OM654 
• 5-cylinder: OM612, OM647
• 6-cylinder: OM642 (V6), OM656 (Inline-6)

These engine families are used in more than 40 Mercedes-Benz vehicle models. 

This makes the holder compatible with most Mercedes CDI diesel engines from approximately 1998 until today.

Injector size limits

For safety, the injector tip can be measured before use.

The holder provides space for:

• Maximum injector tip diameter: 10 mm
• Minimum sleeve depth: 40 mm to the drainage channel

This ensures:

• the injector needle does not contact the bottom
• liquids can drip into the drainage groove
• the injector tip remains protected
