Description
Raspberry Pi 3/4 Case for RasPi2CRT – Remix
This model is a remix of the original Raspberry Pi 3/4 B+ Case by Stamos.
The design has been modified to accommodate the RasPi2CRT adapter board, enabling the Raspberry Pi to output native analog RGB video suitable for CRT televisions and monitors.
About RasPi2CRT
RasPi2CRT is an adapter board designed to convert the Raspberry Pi’s GPIO signals into proper analog RGB output (with sync) compatible with SCART and other CRT interfaces.
It is widely used in retro-gaming setups to drive CRT displays with accurate 240p/480i signals from systems such as RetroPie, Recalbox, or similar distributions.
The PCB design and project concept were created by RasPi2CRT project authors (please refer to the official RasPi2CRT cosicasf9 for full documentation and credits).
Changes in this Remix
This remix modifies the original enclosure to support a Raspberry Pi equipped with the RasPi2CRT board. Changes include:
- Internal clearance for the RasPi2CRT PCB mounted on the GPIO header
- Openings and spacing adapted for the additional hardware
- Adjusted internal structure to maintain airflow and cable accessibility
- Minor structural changes to ensure proper fit and assembly
The goal of this remix is to provide a clean and practical enclosure for Raspberry Pi CRT setups while maintaining compatibility with the original design philosophy.
