Description

My second attempt at designing a compliant clip! for chips, or whatever. This time I erred too far on the flimsy side of the clip spectrum, but it still gets the job done. Feel free to let me know how I can imrove this design.

This would probably be improved by using circle+elipse tools with constraints vs freehand curves as it appears to have been made. It would make it smoother, and distribute the flexing forces more along the part. It has promise though, I like how it's nice and wide. I also don't think the looped-back double wall is doing much for the mechanics of the design. I didn't take a close look at the STL, but I got a warning in my slicer about overhangs (though it printed fine), so I'm guessing the top/bottom aren't *precisely* flat.

I appreciate your feedback, I'll work on some iterations with your input in mind! I've already got a few iterations in the works that I'll be posting soon, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised :) (also yes, the loop back is strictly cosmetic, I just thought it looked nice)
