Add Wheels to the DeWalt T-Stak Base adaptor plate

Create a T-Stak wheeled base starting from a Tough System 2.0 Adapter plate part number DWST08017C and by adding a set of 4x swivel casters (2” wheels).

This model is a set of 4x spacers-levelers to add casters (wheels) at the bottom of the Tough System 2.0 Adapter plate DWST08017C. This plate will create a bottom base for T-Stak boxes and by adding your wheels, you can get a movable tool storage organizer cart for way less money then the similar DeWalt DWST17889.

Parts required to complete the build :

1 x Tough System 2.0 Adapter plate part number DWST08017C ;

4 x Wheels (2" inch caster wheels shown from Mofeetools p/n AB2 ) ;

16 x Screws for the casters ;

4 x Bolts and nuts to clamp the levelers to the plate (M6 shown on pictures).

The “Spacers-levelers” must be installed on the yellow side of the DWST08017C plate to allow T-Stak cases or a ToughCase+ to be clipped on the base.  The spacers-levelers will not work on the other side for the Pro Organizers from DeWalt.

The model can also be used to create flat feet on the adaptor for T-Stak wall mounting (for 1 shallow case).

Use the customize button to adapt the spacers-levellers thickness and hole diameter / spacing for your casters.     The casters holes will always be in set of 4 and will be placed close to the outside corners of the levellers for the best wheel stance possible.   The washers are optional, they are intended to fill the build-in hole recess pockets of the DWST08017C from the top when you bolt the levellers to the base.

Temporary supports are required for main bolt holes, but shall be invisible after the installation of the casters.
