19" Rack Mount: 4x 3.5" HDD | 4x Zimaboard 2| Dual Ubiquiti Switch
A functional 19-inch rack integration designed to consolidate storage, compute, and networking into a single unit. This mount is optimized for a Zimaboard 2 cluster.
Configuration:
- Storage: 4x 3.5" HDD bays.
- Compute: 4x slots for Zimaboard2 incl. PCIe NVME Adapter
- Networking: * 1x Slot for Ubiquiti UniFi Flex XG (2.5G/10G).
- 1x Slot for Ubiquiti UniFi Flex Mini (2.5G).
Technical Details:
- Modular Design: Components are spaced for heat dissipation and easy cable routing.
- Form Factor: Standard 19" width.
- Mounting: Uses standard M3 hardware for mounting
- Rear optimized for pc fan mounting
Print Recommendations:
- Material: (PETG) or ASA (due to heat generation from HDDs and SBCs).
- Walls: 2 perimeters for structural integrity.
- Infill: 15%+.
