Barford SK10 / Terex Dumper Fuel Cap 107 mm Thread

Description

This is a 3D printable replacement fuel cap for Barford SK10 and Terex dumpers.

The model was recreated from measurements of the original cap and successfully tested on a real machine. The printed cap fits perfectly on the fuel tank thread.

The cap features a coarse internal thread with two interruptions, which is typical for construction machinery fuel tanks. A textured grip pattern around the cap improves handling and makes removal easier even with gloves or dirty hands.

Material used

The tested part was printed from PETG and works well in normal use.
Since the cap is not exposed to direct sunlight, PETG performs reliably.
