ZK-J5X CC CV Buck Converter Case
A minimal two-part 3D printable enclosure for the ZK-J5X CC CV DC 6.5–36V buck converter module. Designed for a clean, secure fit with easy access to all controls and connectors.
Includes:
- Bottom shell with 4× M3 corner mounting posts
- Top lid with LCD window cutout and press-fit pins

- Outer dims: 75.3 × 53.2mm
- Wall thickness: 2mm | Tolerance: 0.4mm
- Board clearance on all sides
- No hardware required — press-fit assembly
Print Settings:
- Material: PETG recommended (PLA works for indoor use)
- Layer height: 0.2mm
- Infill: 20%+
- No supports needed
Wire entry and button cutouts are left open on the sides — use the board's original acrylic shell as a template to make openings.
