Description
This is a simple base that can be attached to the bottom of a Sony DSR-PD170 camcorder. There are also versions for PD150, VX2000, and VX2100. Print the one that matches your camera!
Make sure to print with TPU 95A, and that the speed is quite slow! The base can then be attached to the bottom of the camera via ¼-20 screw that is ¾" in length (including head). Here is an example of such a screw: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BFB7QHWC
WARNING: This accessory is designed to hold only the weight of the camera and a battery. Any heavy lens adapters or cold shoe mounted accessories will tip the camera forward. I am working on a design update to address this.
