Raptor Facebook group had a request for this item.
3D scanned the passenger door cubby area.
Brought it into fusion and pulled mesh section planes to get the profile.
Sketched out the mesh sections needed to get the correct geometry.
Lofted the part into existance.
Cut the slot for the phone to be tilted at an angle. (17° just incase you wanted to know)
Hole opening is 0.600" x 3.434"
***Using the Customizable Parametric File***
You have the ability to adjust the 3 sides shown belown. (Left, Right, Front)
A negative number will make the opening bigger.
A positive number will make the opening smaller.
The outer walls on the left and right side are 0.100" thick and cannot be adjusted much, so keep that in mind.
This will fit perfectly into the slot.
