Description

This is Double Chuggo Pint (16oz Cans).

This model is based off the original Chuggo and can fit two Pint (16oz) cans instead of one! Double Chuggo Pint allows for you to easily move on from an empty can (or two) and crack open a cold one. I've designed this koozie to be double-insulated to keep those cans cold. Check out some of the extra features below:

  • Chuggo prints in two pieces with easy assembly and only minor post-processing required
  • Dual-height knobs beneath each can to ensure that no can falls behind
  • Knobs at the top to keep cans from slipping out the top if unopened and tipped over
  • Double insulation throughout the midsection of the koozie to keep cans cooler, prevent sweating, and keep your hands from getting cold
  • Lip at the top to provide a more secure surface to grip onto
  • Ribs in the interior to keep cans straight when reloading and keep Chuggo strong.

This is the perfect way to enjoy sporting events, tailgates, backyard parties, and more! Removing a can and getting the next one has never been easier!

Check out all the versions in the Chuggo Collection! Any size can you're looking for, I've probably got it!

  • Standard 12oz
  • Slim 12oz
  • Coors Light / Banquet
  • Pints
  • Tallboys

Boost Me (for free)

Like this model? Let me know with a like and maybe even a boost so I know to make more like it!

Notes:

  • Chuggo is designed to be inserted over a can when the can is on a table or hard surface. While very possible and pretty easy to reload without doing so, optimal reloads should use a hard surface as shown.
  • Print Chuggo upright with a brim for the best results. Brim is only recommended due to Chuggo Double being much larger (twice as tall!) as the original Chuggo
  • Recommended to be printed in both PLA and PETG. I have noticed that cans have felt better insulated when printed in PLA, but both work great.
  • When using, best practice is to double check that every can is secured properly post-loading. It is recommended to slightly twist the bottom can when loaded so that the indentations made by the knobs are no longer lined up.
  • For the first few reloads, getting cans into the koozie can be somewhat difficult. This is expected, and I've designed it such that this may happen. Repeated use can cause some slight wear on the knobs, so the knobs will wear down to perfect size with continued use!
  • This is my own design with extra features to make sure that the best can-reloading experience could be achieved. While other designs may be similar, this design is solely mine and was modeled from scratch.

About Me!

Hey you! I'm just an engineer with some spare time who likes to make models and solve problems. I hope you like what you see. If you do, please feel free to let me know! I prefer to make all my designs free to access here on MakerWorld, but filament can get pricey. Your feedback, likes, ratings, comments, and boosts make a huge difference so that I can continue prototyping, producing, and uploading more models. I very much appreciate all of it and hope I can make your printer a little more useful, one model at a time!
