Spool Divider System (For Bambu Spools)

The Spool Divider System has been designed for Bambu Spools in order to split them up into three separate 250g mini spools which can be swapped and interchanged in an out of one large Bambu spool. Allowing you to use your last bits of filament in your AMS and not have them taking up a whole 1kg spool. Additionally the system allows you to have a wider variety of filament at hand due to the fact that the system supports up to three colours per Bambu Spool. Ultimately this system, allows you to interchangeably swap your mini spools into a large spool and still use your smaller remaining amounts of filament without requiring you to use up a whole 1kg Bambu Spool. 

Key Features

Twist Lock Design - The mini spools incorporate a satisfying and robust twist lock design which firmly holds them together, securely holding your filament.

Locator Free Design - Each mini spool is designed to the exact height so that they are pressed together by the large Bambu spool requiring no locators to hold them from rotating while printing (Making assembly and installation that much easier).

Loading Hole - The Small circular hole in the center of the mini spool enables you to easily wind up and load filament into the spool (as detailed in the Assembly).

Assembly / Installation

1. Twist the upper and lower sections of the mini spool together (until you here a click).
2. Fold the last 3-4 mm of filament at 90 degrees and insert into loading hole (with pliers).
3. Begin winding up the filament onto the mini spool whilst maintaining tension for the first couple of rotations.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for the remaining two mini spools.
5. Once all three of your mini spools are loaded place them into the large 1kg Bambu spool.
6. Press down and twist to engage the twist lock on the Bambu Spool (Ensure that you press the spool together firmly enough to engage the twist lock).
