Description

Compact and solid case designed for the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W.
The goal of this design was to create a clean, durable enclosure with magnetic mounting and a simple assembly.

Many available cases are either fragile or poorly designed. This model focuses on structural strength, easy printing, and practical mounting using magnets.

The honeycomb top improves rigidity while allowing airflow for passive cooling.

Designed in Fusion 360.

Hardware

  • 8 magnets – 6mm diameter × 3mm thickness
  • 4 screws – M3 × 6mm self-tapping (for the Raspberry Pi)

Magnets are press-fit into the dedicated slots.
 

Printing

Recommended material: PLA

Recommended settings:

  • Layer height: 0.20 or 0.24 (Draft quality works very well)
  • No supports required
  • Standard infill works well

Notes

This case is designed for quick printing while remaining rigid and durable.
The magnetic system allows easy access to SD card or camera port if needed.
