AeroGarden Basket to Tower Garden Adapter

I designed this adapter to simplify my hydroponic workflow.

Seeds are started in AeroGarden baskets, where germination is fast and easy to monitor. Once the seedlings are strong enough, the basket can be moved directly into a Tower Garden using this adapter.

No need to remove the plant or disturb the roots — just move the basket.

Use Case

1. Start seeds in AeroGarden baskets
2. Wait until roots develop
3. Place the basket into the adapter
4. Insert into your Tower Garden port

This avoids transplant shock and keeps the roots intact.

Material Recommendation

For best results, PETG is recommended.

Since this adapter will be used in a humid hydroponic environment, PETG provides better durability than PLA. It offers:

• Better moisture and water resistance
• Improved UV resistance under grow lights or sunlight
• Higher temperature resistance

PLA may work, but PETG is recommended for long-term use.
