Here is an upgrade kit for your Ender 3 V3 SE or KE
There are many models, some of which are not shown in the photos. They are filled with grouped models that I found on several 3D model sites such as:
Creality Cloud, Cults, MakerW, and others, which I've included here for convenience.

- The chain to attach to the print head and the one on the side
- The chain for the set
- Side drawers:
- A support for the camera nebula:
- A support for a Creality sonic pad:
- And a spool brace:
