Description

A high-capacity power bank enclosure designed for 20 x 3.7V/4.2V 18650 batteries and a 2A 1S charging module.

This is a custom enclosure for a DIY high-capacity power bank project built with 20 pieces of 18650 batteries and a 2A 1S charging module.
The design includes the main body and a removable lid for easy assembly and maintenance.
It is intended for makers who want a simple and sturdy case for their battery-based portable power project.

Please make sure to check all battery connections, insulation, and safety precautions before use.
This model is for the enclosure only and does not include electronic components.

How to print
**- Print the main body upright as shown in the preview.

  • Print the lid flat on the bed.
  • PLA or PETG can be used.
  • A layer height of 0.2 mm is recommended.
  • Use 3 walls for better strength.
  • 15% to 25% infill should be enough.
  • Supports are usually not required, but this depends on your printer settings and tolerances.**
