Description

The Quest

It started with a simple desire: personalized hair decoration for every style, mood, and occasion. I wanted a piece that offered a secure grip, minimized sharp edges, and used a mechanical twist to eliminate the need for metal components.

Eight prototypes later, Axis was born.

The Collection

Axis: The universal base for all your hair charms.

Astrea: A charm inspired by divine feminine energy, reimagined as a protective seal.

Cor, Spica (4/8), and Tallerus: Four additional charms meticulously scaled to fit the various Axis base sizes.

Printing & Assembly Instructions

1. Scaling: Select the Axis size you desire. If you need to scale the model, only adjust the X and Y dimensions. Keep the Z-axis (height) the same to ensure the twist mechanism functions correctly.

2. Customization: Print the included charms or design your own!

3. Assembly: Apply a small drop of glue (all-purpose glue works fine) to the center of the Axis base. Press your chosen charm onto the base and allow it to dry completely.

How to Wear

To Insert: Style your hair, then "sprinkle" your charms throughout by twisting them in counter-clockwise.

To Remove: Simply twist clockwise to release.

Pro-Tip: Axis holds best in braids but works perfectly over hair ties as well. The rounded ball-ends are specifically designed to protect your scalp when wearing them with ponytails.
