Description

When working in an electronics repair service, you sometimes need to use a dental mirror to inspect components in hard‑to‑reach areas, such as solder balls under a BGA package. Such front‑surface mirrors are quite prone to scratching if you store them together with other tools in a drawer, hence the idea for a protective case. The case is designed so that it can be removed or attached using one hand.

Dimensions of the dental mirror:

The case is designed for size 3 dental mirrors with a diameter of 20 mm.

The angle between the mirror surface and the handle is 30 degrees.

The threaded connector has a diameter of 2.5 mm.

Printing Guidelines

  • Use PETG filament to provide a snap-lock
  • No supports are required.
