Description

Ikea Vidja lamp switch case model to contain sonoff MINI or ZBMINI smart switch. New switch housing usues orgingal lamp relay, spring and button. Additionallly you will need 8 3mm inserts and 8 3mm screws and sonoff MINI switch of your choice (wifi, Zgibee or Matter).

If the project will get good feedback I will prepare varition to include Shelly switches.

First of all, I'm very grateful for this design, it's what I needed for my Ikea Holmo lamp, I'm really happy not to have to design it myself :) However, I think it's over engineered which makes it hard to print (I had to do it twice). I'd suggest to make internals of top part horizontal and vertical to allow simple supports. And bottom part can have vertical walls which will allow to print it upside down and will reduce its size. As it's not mentioned in description, you'd need inserts with 5mm outer diameter, and 8-10mm screws. Also I used two zip ties to fix the cables, I guess that was the intention :)
