Rugged Multipart S99 Soldering Iron Case

Loved the initial model that was put up, however I prefer my s99 soldering iron.

This model has been adapted to fit the S99 and the attachments that would realistically be required (the 4 that comes with a complete set and an additional for heated inserts).

Printing Notes:

• Ironing is enabled by default, either disable this or make sure the settings work for your filament (should work for most)
• Brim is enabled, as the tolerances are quite high any sort of warping may result in the pieces not going together properly. Feel free to remove
   

Assembly should be fairly self-explanitory, but check below:

1. Insert storage inserts into case
2. There are 2 different shafts, ones with slightly longer thinner and thicker parts, these are for the hinge, the ones with less can be used for everything else
3. Insert shafts into slots, including on one side through the latches as well as the slots. These can be quite hard to put in.
4. Insert 608 bearing and an m3 nut and bolt into iron holder.
