Description

Pew Pew! - Grover Blaster - Retro Ray Gun

What's more fun than stalking around in your back yard pretending you've just crash landed on an alien planet and your shrubbery are hives of deadly alien insects that must be vaporized at once! to ensure your survival until your fleet arrives to rescue you!---Pew Pew!

This ray gun is one of a series modeled from real patent images of ray gun designs from the 50's and 60's. This particular gun was modeled from a pretty well known set of patent images by “inventor” Grover C. Schaible. I believe this was the first ray gun I ever modeled. I have just printed it for the first time.

Perfect props for cosplay, conventions, Halloween, or just because you're cool enough to need a sidearm worthy of Buck Rogers.

This is a very basic print profile, almost stock settings. Prints all one one plate with minimal supports needed. Note: included support and brim settings, orientation and location of the main body and lower barrel are very specific. Fiddle with it if you want, but it works as presented.

The barrel, discs, and main body slide onto the long pin. I have adjusted the width of the pin so it's not a tight fit anymore.  The grip pins to the main body. Test fit everything first. Once you're sure where everything goes you'll need a little superglue to secure all the parts.
