Diese universelle Motorrad-Halterung wurde speziell für Lenker mit 28,6 mm Durchmesser (Fatbar) entwickelt. Sie eignet sich ideal zur Montage von Navigationsgeräten und anderen kompatiblen Mount-Systemen.<h3>🔧 Konstruktion</h3>Die Halterung besteht aus zwei Klemmteilen, die den Lenker formschlüssig umschließen. Die Fixierung erfolgt über eine Quetschverbindung (Klemmprinzip).Zur Befestigung werden verwendet:<ul><li>M5 x 16 mm Schrauben</li><li>Passende M5 Muttern</li></ul>Dafür sind im Modell vorgesehen:<ul><li>Senkungen für die Schraubenköpfe</li><li>Senkungen für die Muttern</li></ul>So sitzen alle Befestigungselemente bündig und sauber im Bauteil.<h3>🔒 Vibrationssicherheit</h3>Motorräder erzeugen starke Vibrationen. Daher wird empfohlen:<ul><li>Selbstsichernde Muttern (z. B. mit Nylonring) oder</li><li>Loctite mittelfest (z. B. Loctite 243)</li></ul>zu verwenden, um ein selbstständiges Lösen der Verbindung zuverlässig zu verhindern.<h3>🧭 Kompatibilität</h3>Ich nutze die Halterung mit meiner Garmin Navi-Halterung, die mit den originalen M4 Schrauben befestigt wird.Die oberen Befestigungslöcher sind so angeordnet, dass sie mit vielen gängigen Navi-Mount-Systemen kompatibel sind.<h3>🖨️ Druckeinstellungen</h3>Die Halterung wurde von mir in ASA gedruckt.<ul><li>Material: ASA</li><li>Infill: 25 %</li><li>Diese Einstellungen sind aus meiner Erfahrung vollkommen ausreichend für eine stabile und vibrationsfeste Nutzung am Motorrad.</li></ul><boostme><boosttitle>Boost Me</boosttitle><boostcontent>Wenn es euch gefällt lasst gerne ein Boost da</boostcontent></boostme>

This universal motorcycle mount was specifically developed for handlebars with 28.6 mm diameter (Fatbar). It is ideal for mounting navigation devices and other compatible mount systems.<h3>🔧 Construction</h3>The mount consists of two clamping parts that securely enclose the handlebar. The fixation is done via a squeeze connection (clamping principle).For attachment, the following are used:<ul><li>M5 x 16 mm screws</li><li>Matching M5 nuts</li></ul>For this, the model provides:<ul><li>countersinks for the screw heads</li><li>countersinks for the nuts</li></ul>Thus, all fastening elements sit flush and cleanly in the component.<h3>🔒 Vibration Resistance</h3>Motorcycles generate strong vibrations. Therefore, it is recommended to use:<ul><li>self-locking nuts (e.g., with nylon ring) or</li><li>medium-strength Loctite (e.g., Loctite 243)</li></ul>to reliably prevent the connection from loosening independently.<h3>🧭 Compatibility</h3>I use the mount with my Garmin navigation mount, which is attached with the original M4 screws.The upper mounting holes are arranged to be compatible with many common navigation mount systems.<h3>🖨️ Print Settings</h3>I printed the mount in ASA.<ul><li>Material: ASA</li><li>Infill: 25 %</li><li>Based on my experience, these settings are completely sufficient for stable and vibration-resistant use on a motorcycle.</li></ul><boostme><boosttitle>Boost Me</boosttitle><boostcontent>If you like it, feel free to leave a Boost</boostcontent></boostme>
