This generator is the solution for anyone who needs special brick sizes not available in stores – or who simply wants the perfect fit for their own 3D printer.

Whether it's a Standard Brick or a flat plate: The model automatically adjusts the internal geometry (hollow cylinders or retaining pins), just like the original.

• Two modes in one: Simply choose between Standard Brick (9.6 mm) and flat plate (3.2 mm) via the dropdown menu.
• Smart underside: * For bricks wider than 1 stud (e.g., 2x4), hollow cylinders (Tubes) are generated.
  • For narrow bricks (e.g., 1x8), remaining pins (Pins) are automatically added to ensure maximum clutch power.
• The "Clutch Power" Secret: With the integrated tolerance control, you can adjust the stud thickness down to the micrometer. This ensures your prints fit perfectly with your existing bricks from major brands.

🛠️ How to Configure Your Brick

1. Format: Enter the number of studs in length (STUDS_X) and width (STUDS_Y).
2. Type: Select "Standard Brick" or "Flat Plate" in the dropdown.
3. Clutch Power Tuning: * Too loose? Increase the STUD_TOLERANCE_MM (e.g., from 0.20 to 0.25).
   • Too tight? Decrease the value (e.g., to 0.15).
   • Tip: 0.20 is the ideal starting value for most Bambu Lab printers.
      

🖨️ Printing Recommendations

• Layer Height: 0.12mm (High Quality) for the best fit. 0.16mm usually works well too.
• Walls: Use 3 wall lines (Wall Loops). This makes the studs stable and ensures an exact wall thickness of 1.2 mm (close to the original).
• Material: PLA or PLA+ is ideal for maximum stiffness and clutch power.
• Support: Absolutely no support needed! The model is optimized for clean bridging.
