Developed for a Ø19 mm tube. Field validation: 110 kg user, daily use for 6 months without perforation or degradation.

Steps for Inserting the Structural Insert
Step 1 – Printing the PA6-CF washer (100% infill)

The washer is printed separately in 20% carbon fiber reinforced PA6, with 100% infill to ensure maximum rigidity.
Step 2 – Printing the TPU 95A body with programmed pause

A print pause is programmed to insert the washer into the designated housing.
Step 3 – Resumption of printing and complete encapsulation of the insert
After manual insertion of the washer, printing resumes automatically, completely encapsulating the insert within the TPU structure. This method allows for optimal stress distribution and significantly increases crush resistance.
