Structural Insert Installation Steps

Step 1 – Printing the PA6-CF washer (100% infill)

The washer is 3D Printed separately in 20% carbon fiber reinforced PA6, with 100% infill to ensure maximum rigidity.

Step 2 – Printing the TPU 95A body with a programmed pause

A printing pause is programmed to allow insertion of the washer into its designated slot.

Step 3 – Resume printing and complete encapsulation of the insert

After manual insertion of the washer, printing resumes automatically, fully encapsulating the insert within the TPU structure. This method allows for optimal stress distribution and significantly increases crush resistance.
