Never lose your Heat Insert Solder Tips again with this Gridfinity holder.

The size of the holder is 1x1 2U. Three different version are available: Without magnets at the base, for 6x2mm and for 6x3mm magnets:

This holder was designed for a set of tips available at Aliexpress (Link). Please check with below dimensions if this holder fits for the heat insert tips that you have:

In theory, only diameters D1 and D2 need to match the size stated above. Longer lengths would mean that the holder is not stackable anymore, but will not influence the fit of the tips in the holder.

print worked fine but doesn't fit my tip set, kinda wish I had the fusion file to make it work

Sorry to hear. I design in SOLIDWORKS, so cannot provide a Fusion file. I could share the .sldprt or a Step file with you if that helps. Or you can let me know the dimensions of your set and I can adjust and upload a new version.

I might be able to figure it out from a SLDPRT, but here's the dimensions anyways. ran that all the way to 1000 characters, lol. The M3 and M8 both fit in the original design but nothing else does, most of the tips sit too high for this to be stackable since the knurling OD is too big to fit down into the socket, and the tip holder is slightly too long for the clips. Honestly, if you could make it 3U bin instead of 2U that would be fabulous, but that one's easier to tweak in a slicer than the hole sizes without a CAD file.
