Description
Brazilian Flag M-LOK Slot Insert (Multi-Color)
Inspired by KP Design’s “MLOK flags”. Because their license doesn’t allow remixing, this model was designed from the ground up in Tinkercad (not a remix) using the published M-LOK dimensions, then refined with a few practical improvements for better fit and cleaner multi-color results.
What’s improved
- Deeper flag recess for richer, more vibrant color layers
- Tighter tolerances for a more secure, consistent snap-fit
- Cleaner multi-color workflow: the flag graphic is separate from the base in Bambu Studio, so you can swap the flag design and still print the final part as one solid assembled unit
Print quality notes
This print looks great at 0.4 mm nozzle, but you’ll see a noticeable jump in sharpness at 0.2 mm nozzle.
Mounting and fit
This is a snap-in M-LOK slot insert, not a bolt-on accessory. It installs with firm pressure and is intended to stay put.
Because the fit is tight and the walls are thin by design, removal may damage or break the holder, so treat it as semi-permanent once installed.

Note: I’m limited to 8 colors total, and one will usually need to be black for the border/frame.
Compatibility
Designed to snap into a standard M-LOK slot opening. Fit can vary by handguard manufacturer and printer tuning, so expect a tight fit and test carefully.
