Custom-designed hole cover plug for those who remove the catalytic converter on KTM Duke 790 and 890 and wish to cleanly and neatly close the hole left open on the frame
This component allows you to
- ✅ Improve the aesthetic of the motorcycle after catalytic converter removal
- ✅ Achieve a more “OEM” and refined look

🖨 Recommended print settings
- Material: PETG, ASA or ABS (recommended for heat and weather resistance)
- Layer height: 0,16 mm
- Infill: 15%
- Orientation: print with the thread facing down
- Supports: Yes
⚠️ Avoid PLA if the motorcycle is used intensively: the area can be subject to heat
🔩 Installation
- Thoroughly clean the hole on the frame
- Screw in the plug until it stops
- Tighten by hand without forcing
