Print in Place Container Carrier Module

This model is one of many Print-in-Place add-ons for my Modular Truck project. Print-in-Place means that all parts are printed in one go with no assembly required. All add-ons can be connected to the truck seen in the pictures.

Thanks to this module you can transport goods with utmost efficiency. The 20ft shipping containers have been the industry standard for years, and for good reason. Using the same container all around the globe means that any crane, ship or truck is compatible with it. These containers can also stack like legos, increasing their storage efficiency.

This download includes a standard size 20ft container, a so-called “high cube” version for larger cargo and a tanker version for transporting liquids, gasses or bulk material. Both the STD and HC versions have openable doors.

STD and HC container measurements were derived from real ISO documentation, including exact corrugation patterns and forklift pocket dimensions.
