Description
LOTO Circuit Breaker Lock
This is a 3D printable Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) device designed to secure miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) in the OFF position during maintenance or servicing operations.
The purpose of this device is to help prevent accidental re-energization of electrical circuits while work is being performed, improving workplace safety procedures.

- Screw-tightened locking mechanism ( The hole is 4.2mm suitable for you to make M5 thread)
- Compact and robust geometry
- Designed for standard DIN-rail circuit breakers
- Fully printable components
- No supports required (depending on orientation)
The tightening screw increases clamping force and ensures secure positioning over the breaker toggle.
đ Printing Recommendations
- Recommended material: PETG, ABS, or stronger technical filament
- PLA is not recommended for high-temperature environments
- 0.4 mm nozzle works well
- 4+ perimeters for structural strength
- 40â60% infill recommended
