Description

This is a plastic threaded bushing designed to fit 3/4 inch conduit threads, similar in function to common insulating conduit bushings used on rigid conduit, IMC, or other threaded fittings. Its job is simple but important, it adds a smooth, rounded bearing surface at the end of the threaded opening to help protect wire insulation from abrasion when pulling or routing conductors through metal raceway ends and fittings.

I designed this as a practical shop and field style part for makers, tinkerers, and anyone who needs a quick insulating style bushing solution for test setups, fixtures, mockups, or non code critical projects. It threads on like a standard conduit bushing and gives you that finished edge instead of leaving conductors against raw metal threads.

Common use cases:
Threading onto the end of 3/4 inch rigid conduit or IMC
Threading onto male threaded conduit fittings/connectors
Protecting cable jackets or conductor insulation from sharp edges during pull through
Clean finishing piece for custom enclosures, racks, test rigs, and workshop builds

Print notes:
I recommend printing in a tougher material if you expect repeated install and removal. PETG works great, and ABS is also a strong option.
Conduit threads and imported fittings can vary slightly, so test fit before final use.

Important disclaimer:
This is a user generated 3D printable part and is not UL listed, cUL listed, or certified for electrical code compliance. Printing and using this model does not provide a UL listing for use in electrical wiring installations. Use at your own risk, and do not assume code compliance for permanent electrical work.

If you print it and it works well on your setup, I would really appreciate a rating and a Boost. That support helps me keep designing practical parts and offsets filament and printer costs.
