Radius tool for caliper
Print Profile(1)

Description
This model is designed as an attachment for calipers and allows accurate radius measurement without the need for dedicated gauges or additional hardware.
It installs directly onto the lower jaw of the caliper and is secured in place using the included 3D-printed knob.
To calculate the correct radius, simply multiply the value shown on the caliper by 2.41. The formula is conveniently engraved on the jig itself for quick reference.
Printing recommendations:
- Recommended material: PLA or higher-performance filaments
- Layer height: 0.16 mm for optimal thread fit
- No supports are required if printed in the same orientation as the provided print profile
The design is compatible with most standard digital calipers. If the fit is slightly tight or loose, minor scaling adjustments may be applied to achieve optimal compatibility.
