Description
This is a reinforced 3U rack panel designed for the Waveshare 7inch HDMI LCD (C) display.
It is based on the original 19" Modular Rack Mount Blanks project by @mauker and extends the 1U concept into a 3U version with integrated display mount and structural reinforcement.
The display opening and mounting bosses are optimized for clean, support-free printing.
Important Assembly Note:
This model only represents one side of the modular rack system (the side with the screw heads).
To complete the assembly, you will need one of the original rack blank plates from the base project.
The system relies on:
- M5 Hex nuts
- M5 Flathead screws
- Self-tapping M3 screws for the display (2.6 mm pilot holes)
