Description

This is my mini Rizzler E-bike design. It is designed based on the Rizzler E-bike made by Electro&Co. It has functional rear suspension, wheels, and steering. I designed it with many details from the actual bike.

Update: I am currently unable to add front suspension, as the parts to make the Rizzler's style of inverted forks would be too small and fragile to be practical.

You will need glue and a pen spring!

The spring I used has an outer diameter of ~4mm and a length of 20mm.

Assembly is pretty easy, watch video for full assembly: https://youtu.be/6Bq4xCb7zrg?si=OX9TlWxGayQakKwd

You may experience problems printing since it has many small parts. Clean the print bed to ensure good adhesion and be careful while removing supports and assembling

This model took over 400 features in Onshape, many days of designing, and a ton of filament in test parts.

Remixes and additions are welcome

Feedback is appreciated! Please comment if you have any problems.
