Description

Boost Me (for free)

I hope you enjoy this design as much as I did!  If you like it, please rate / like / boost so I can keep making more things!

UPDATE: The default Bambu Lab filament profiles seem to underextrude, so for the P2S and H series printers, you need to run a manual filament calibration and likely increase the flow ratio by a significant margin (0.98 default to 1.03-1.06 range).  Please read below for the original context of this model.

Bambu Lab has been notified of this issue, and let's hope it is corrected in a future update!

Sharing on Makerworld with the hope that we'll be able to get a resolution!

I've seen a handful of posts on Reddit and other forums showing this same failure mode on different models, all on the P2S printer.  This is not meant to say bad things about the P2S - there is a lot about the printer that I like!  My issue is that it's failing consistently on the same model that works perfectly on my A1 and X1C every time, so there's something wrong with how it's being handled on the P2S!

Background: I have an A1 Combo and an X1C Combo, and recently added a P2S Combo to the fleet.  I loved everything about the P2S at first, but then I realized it STRUGGLES with overhangs on filleted edges where both my A1 and X1C have never had an issue.  Many of the parts I print to sell use fillets to soften touchpoints, and I'm not willing to change the design since it works flawlessly on my other Bambu Lab printers.

This is my default print profile - I challenge you to adjust speed / flow / other settings to achieve parity with my X1C and A1!  The second photo shows the same part, printed on either my X1C or A1 (Can't differentiate between print quality between the two for this part).  I print this model in Bambu Lab PLA Matte, but get the same issue with standard PLA too.
