Description

Parametric multi-outlet manifold splitter for hoses, pipes, and ducts—perfect for shop-vac / dust collection, ventilation, aquarium air, irrigation, hydroponics, and general DIY tubing.

This model creates a coplanar “straight row” outlet array (all outlets aligned), fed by a single inlet. You can quickly generate anything from a 2-way up to a 12-way splitter, with any diameters you need.

Fully customizable

You can configure:

  • Inlet: inner diameter, wall thickness, straight length
  • Outlets (shared): outlet count, inner diameter, wall thickness, straight length
  • Outlet spacing: defined as outer-edge gap (easy to control real clearance)
  • Hub blending: smoother/stronger junction via hub height + optional spread
  • Fit tuning: optional bore clearance for slip-fit setups

Included pre-made STLs

I’ve also included pre-exported STL presets for common inch + metric sizes, plus popular outlet counts (e.g., 2/3/4/5 outlets) so you can just pick, slice, and print.

Printing recommendations

  • Material: PETG (recommended for toughness + better sealing than PLA), or ABS/ASA if you need heat resistance
  • Walls: ≥ 3 perimeters (strength + leak resistance)
  • Layer height: ~0.24 mm
  • Seam: Random (often helps reduce leak paths)
  • Infill: 15–25% gyroid/cubic
  • Orientation: print with the inlet down and outlets up (as designed) for clean bores and strong hub
