I used a Mix of super glue and wood glue to glue the parts.
PLA to PLA - use super Glue
Wood to wood and PLA to Wood - Use wood Glue
Required hardware: 2x M3 x 30mm screws for the wheels (Make sure only some of the shaft is threaded)
2 x 14mm M3 Screws for handles
2x 10mm M3 Screws for the stand
2x 8mm m3 screws for the roof holder
