Universal Grow Light Arm Mount for Juice Plus Tower Garden

I remixed FjordFoundry design as the basis for this and made the necessary modifications to allow use on the Juice Plus Tower Garden instead of the Hoocho Modular Tower.

Description

Designed specifically for home manufacturing and optimized for popular vertical LED light bars like Barrina (and many global clones), this design requires no screws, bolts, or extra hardware — just your 3D printer and a few zip ties.

Key Features:

• Zero Tools Needed: No metal hardware. All connections snap or slide in place.
• Fully Modular: Arms come in three tested sizes — 50mm, 100mm, 150mm — and can be combined for custom length.
• Flexible LED Compatibility: Works with most vertical LED strip bar lights. Just zip tie and go!
• Strong & Lightweight: Engineered for PETG, ideal for environments with UV exposure and moisture.

• Specific Fit: Designed to fit the Juice Plus Tower Garden Flex (Should also fit the Home but not 100%)

   

What’s Included:

• Top cap with 4-arm socket
• Three arm lengths (short, medium, long)
• Light clip system for easy zip-tie attachment
• Light Bar Couplers for joining light segments

Assembly & Usage

1. Print the cap, arms, and light clips in PETG (recommended).
2. Snap or slide arms into cap sockets.
3. Secure LED lights using zip ties through the provided channels.

Pro Tip: Use a mix of arm lengths to fine-tune your light placement around the tower.

Notes

• This solution includes the arm and cap assembly only — the tower and lights are not included.
• PETG is recommended for moisture and UV resistance, even for indoor use.
• If you're using the standard height Tower Garden without extensions, you'll only need the 4' lights.  If you have any extensions, you'll need 2' lights per extension kit.
• Adding more than 4x 6' light sections will require an additional power plug connection to avoid drawing excessive power.
