Elevate your mobile content and your coffee. Following the success of my Magnetic Fishing Rod Holder, this upgraded version features the beefier version to handle the weight and vibration of action cameras and drink containers.

Three Modular Adapters Included:

• Horizontal Cam Mount: For roofs, hoods, and flat surfaces.
• Vertical Cam Mount: Optimized for car doors and side panels.
• Screw handles/adapters for M5 size hexagon.

Key Specifications & Assembly

• Magnets Placement Pause: A pause is added before Layer 100 for magnets installation.
• Upgraded Strength: Engineered for D15 × 15 mm magnets (N45 recommended) for maximum pull force.
• Surface Protection: Requires D20 × 1 mm self-adhesive rubber discs to prevent scratches and increase grip.
• Load: Average vertical load is 4.5kg when N45 grade magnets are used (~3.3kg with N35 grade magnets).
• Drag Resistance: Tested with camera on Hood up to 130km/h (It is the local highway speed limit so I did not test further than this).

IMPORTANT: Do not use rubber discs thicker than 1 mm, as they will significantly reduce magnetic holding power.

Required Materials

• 1 × M4 × 16 mm threaded screw
• 3 × D15 × 15 mm neodymium cylindrical magnets
• 3 × D20 × 1 mm self-adhesive rubber discs
• 2 x M5 x 25mm hexagon screws
• 2 x M5 nuts
