Description

This is a useful Blade Dispenser for my new Optimized Bed Scraper with replaceable blades.

The dispenser holds 45 blades and has a hook to which the bed scraper can be attached. Double-sided adhesive tape can be used to attach the dispenser to the printer. Alternatively, 2 round magnets measuring 15x2mm can be glued in. A drill hole was also provided for hanging on a nail.

Print Instructions:

The dispenser box requires support in 2 places, as shown in the picture above. It is recommended to use the "Paint support" function for this.

How to use:

To fill the box with blades I designed a suitable bar (see picture above). The blades are pushed onto these. The thickened end of the rod must be at the bottom, as must the cutting edge of the individual blades. Then the rod with the blades is inserted into the dispenser box from above and pulled out from the bottom. Now please put the lid on. Individual blades can then simply be pulled out from the bottom of the box.
