If you liked the Model i would be very grateful to receive a boost!

Hello everyone!

This is my improved Roulette wheel for “The Game of LIFE

Things you will need to make this model:

  • Colored Pens (colors are shown in the last image)
  • A Glue Stick
  • A 608ZZ Bearing
  • Cutting Module for your printer or a Plotter

I recently bought myself a new version of the game of life, its fun and all but the wheel was pretty frustrating to use. It spins pretty bad and the colored cardboard inlay kept rotating out of place, no good! Mine wont do that!

The “Roulette wheel”, as i call it, sits on top of a bearing thus removing most of the friction, spinning beautifully, instead of not even completing a single revolution or just binding up!

The Roulette wheel splits up in two pieces for more convenience, so the person managing the bank can sit anywhere they like!

It fits very nicely into the original packaging and just replaces the original wheel.

Everything except the inlays is press fit.

It was printed in 3 colors (white, black, red), the rest made up of colored inserts using the Cutting module of the printer, Since i do not have 3 AMS units to play with. The DXF is also included in the files. The fitment is Perfect and looks great!

The stopper needs to be made out of TPU, PLA is too stiff and wont spin properly!

The Colored Insert were made out of regular printer paper and painted using colored pens. I used a glue stick to glue them and patted them down using a allen wrench (for the tight corners) You can find the colors i used in the picture!

If you enjoy the game of life you will most definetly enjoy this model!

Thank you for having a look at my model, i am always happy to receive feedback!
