Description
The Celestron 5x24 finderscope is a good value, but the original mounting bracket only has 3 adjustment screws, making coaxial alignment with the main telescope difficult and unstable. If accidentally bumped, it gets misaligned and needs to be re-calibrated.
My design uses two fixed points and 6 M3 thumb screws.
This model requires no supports, the screw holes do not need tapping, and M3 thumb screws can be directly screwed in.
