Description
This is a functional wall mount adapter designed for 100mm ventilation systems. I created this part for my own workshop ventilation to connect a flexible hose to a flat surface.
Technical Specifications:
Tube Outer Diameter (OD): 99,8 mm (Fits standard 100mm / 4-inch flexible hoses)
Tube Length: 57mm
Base Plate: equipped with 4 countersunk screw holes.
Screw Hole Diameter: 4,2mm
Printing Recommendations:
Material: I recommend using PETG or PLA+ for better durability, especially if the air is warm. Standard PLA works for room temperature applications.
Walls/Perimeters: 3 walls recommended for stability when clamping the hose.
