Hello Maker Community!

My son designed a practical replacement battery holder for his BSD Racing electric RC car (e.g., models like BSD Flux or similar). The original holder with part number BS701037 (Battery Base and Cover) was unfortunately lost. Instead of buying an expensive original spare part, he designed a perfectly fitting replica himself in Tinkercad and printed it with our Bambu Lab P1S 3D printer.

This model is a simple, robust solution that fits perfectly and securely fastens the battery. It is ideal for anyone looking to repair or upgrade their BSD Racing RC car. The file is available in .3MF format and can be imported directly into Bambu Studio or other slicers.

Why this model?

  • Easy Repair: Fast and cost-effective – just print it yourself!
  • Material Recommendation: We used PETG, but it also works with PLA.
  • Compatibility: Based on the original part number BS701037 from BSD Racing. Fits many BSD models, but test it on your car to be sure.
  • Creation: Designed in Tinkercad – great for beginners! The print took us about 33 minutes on the P1S.

If you suggest improvements or make remixes, let us know! Feel free to share photos of your print in the comments.

Have fun printing and driving! 🚗💨
