🎣 10cm Fishing Worm Mold

Create your own soft fishing lures with this easy-to-print mold! This design produces a classic ribbed worm (~10cm / 4 inches), perfect for bass, perch, and zander. 🐟

📋 Specifications

  • Lure Type: Ribbed Worm / Glizda
  • Length: ~10 cm (4 inches)
  • Casting Material: Liquid Plastisol

🖨️ Print Settings (Important!)

Since plastisol is poured hot (~170°C), heat resistance is key.

  • Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA (PLA may warp or melt). 🔥
  • Layer Height: 0.12mm – 0.16mm (for a smooth surface finish). ✨
  • Infill: 30-40% (helps dissipate heat).
  • Walls: 3-4 perimeters.

🛠️ Usage Tips

  1. Lubricate: Always spray the mold with silicone oil or use vaseline before pouring. 🛢️
  2. Clamp: Use clamps or a vise to hold the two mold halves tightly together. 🗜️
  3. Safety: Wear gloves and eye protection when handling hot plastisol. 🧤

Happy printing and tight lines! If you catch a fish with this, please upload a photo in the comments! 📸🏆
