Description
What it is
A 35mm textile nozzle for wet and dry use, designed for (car)upholstery and carpet extraction. Sturdy, smooth, and comfortable to use at the right angle.
Dimensions
35mm vacuum hose connection, designed with a tight but practical fit, tolerance is 0.1mm.
Compatibility
Tested on 35mm systems with Kärcher and Siemens.
It should fit all 35mm vacuum platforms such as Kärcher, Miele, Bosch, Siemens, and Samsung, as long as your wand is truly 35mm.
Print settings
I have included two optimized Bambu Studio profiles fpt the 0.4 nozzle:
• Standard PETG profile, fast, easy, no supports needed.
• 56 grams and < 2 hours print time.
• Transparent PETG profile, tuned for watertight and clear PETG so you can visually monitor liquid flow in the top part during wet use.
• 55 grams and < 3 hours print time.
Notes:
No support is needed for the reinforcement at the mouth, I tested it and it adds no value (no sagging visible).
Low material usage, while ensuring stability and durability. No brim needed with a clean build plate.
Use (dry) PETG or ASA, PETG gives a slightly more compliant fit and has proven durable for this application.
For wet use, rinse after use and let it dry, avoid hot liquids and aggressive solvents, always verify secure attachment before use.

The original file was posted by aleczunder on Thingiverse.com at April 20, 2022. I adapted it for Makersworld by analysing the design and making two optimal print profiles, testing it several times with and without support and fitting seams.
