⚙ Compatibility

The tracer covers are purposefully designed 0.2 mm larger to prevent scratches on the tracer.

👉 If the fit is too loose: A little tape on the tracer ensures a perfect hold.

🛠 Modular Thread System (14mm CCW)

The thread is printable separately – with several advantages:

1️⃣ Optimized Print Quality

The thread module can be printed with:

• low layer height (e.g. 0.16 mm)
• higher precision
  without unnecessarily slowing down the printing of the entire suppressor.

2️⃣ Replaceable upon Wear

Plastic threads wear out faster on metal threads.
Therefore:

• The thread module is not glued
• It holds by friction
• Replaceable by pushing out from the barrel side
• Small protruding edge for easy removal with a flat screwdriver

3️⃣ Better Alignment thanks to O-Rings

In the thread module, two O-rings are provided, which are included.
These allow for finer adjustment and help to align the suppressor cleanly.

🎨 Front Covers

Included for suppressor and tracer cover:

Simply choose your desired design.

⚠ The front covers must be glued in
→ A drop of superglue is sufficient.

Note Tracer Cover:

Before assembly, the muzzle tip must be glued to the front cover.

🏷 Customizable Side Panels

Separate print file for small side panels:

• Are glued into designated recesses
• Perfect for:
  • Tags
  • Names
  • Logos
  • Team identification

Since the fronts and panels are separate, the model can be printed excellently in multiple colors and personalized.

This model is exclusively intended for Airsoft / replica applications.
Not a real suppressor system and not suitable for real firearms.
