Description

This is a very thin alignment spacer designed to level two shelves that are not perfectly aligned.

The design uses a central thin rib to maintain alignment while the top and bottom plates distribute contact pressure across the shelf surfaces.

The part is intentionally ultra thin and works well when printed in PLA for compression-based alignment.

Ideal for:

  • DIY shelf alignment
  • Furniture retrofit fixes
  • Small tolerance height corrections
  • Situations where screws or brackets cannot be used

Because the design is simple and low profile, it can be easily scaled if your gap is slightly different.

Central rib provides lateral stiffness while keeping the part flexible enough to press fit between shelves.

Top and bottom plates distribute pressure and prevent marking the wood surface.

Designed to be printed without supports.
