Bill of Materials
Description
I needed a juice solution that fits perfectly inside my fridge, as most manufacturer cardboard boxes are too tall or awkward to fit on standard shelves. My main goal was to enable true one-handed operation—preventing the box from sliding back when pressing the tap.
This design creates a rigid, space-efficient shell for standard juice bags, optimized for the Single-handed Dispenser by BamBam Design. While the print takes some time, the hexagonal honeycomb pattern significantly reduces filament usage while maintaining structural integrity and a stylish look.
Key Features:
Optional Lid: A little reinforced so you can stack items on top of the container.

Adjustable Front Panel: The front face slides securely into place. I designed 3 thickness variations (4mm, 5.5mm, and 8.5mm) to accommodate different tap neck lengths and styles. I had 3 Vitop® brand taps on hand - Uno, Natural and Aseptic

Built-in Slope: The interior floor is inclined to help get more of juice.

Reversible Drip Tray: For me these are the game-changer. Located at the bottom front, these hooks grab the edge of your shelf.
Note: If using the single-handed dispenser, mount the tray with the flat side facing up.

- Reversible Stoppers: The front stoppers prevent the box from moving. They are reversible, so you don’t need to remove them when not in use—just flip them around.

- Optional Riser: A slot in the back allows you to insert a stand, lifting the container by 2cm for a steeper flow angle.

Assembly & Hardware:
- Stoppers: You will need 2x M3 nuts (inserted from the bottom) and 2x M3 screws (9-15mm length).
- Tip: 8mm screws are barely long enough, and 16mm are slightly too long (require washers).
- Feet: Recesses on the bottom fit printable TPU feet or 8x19mm anti-slip foam pads.
- Tip: If printing TPU feet, use a textured plate for better surface grip.
Print Settings (.3mf): The provided file is tuned for Bambu Lab PLA Basic.
- Bridging: If you change settings, pay close attention to bridge speed and flow. I set them very slow to ensure the drip tray slot is clean and the hexagons don't sag.
- Infill: Reduced overall infill density, but increased wall strength and used Gyroid infill.
Recommended Accessory: Designed to work really nice with Single-handed Dispenser by BamBam Design
