THE MODEL :

Elevate your interior decor with this two-tier Gothic wall shelf, a true miniature masterpiece of medieval architecture. This intricate design stands out with its detailed twisted columns, pointed arches, and carved trefoil patterns, reminiscent of the sacred structures found in ancient cathedrals. Featuring two display levels, it is perfect for showcasing your grimoires, crystals, vials, or other curated treasures, creating a scholarly and mysterious atmosphere.

This model has been thoroughly tested to ensure excellent structural rigidity despite the delicacy of the pillars. Printing in Matte Black or Anthracite PLA is highly suggested: it captures the essence of carved stone or ebony wood, highlighting the depth of the arches and the intricate column work with a sophisticated, non-reflective finish.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Infill: 15% (to ensure the strength of the columns)
• Material: Matte Black PLA

Sizing Information

This model is fully scalable. Feel free to increase the size in your slicing software to create an imposing wall statement piece or scale it down for an extremely fine jewelry or miniature display stand.

INFORMATION:

A common question is: why do these prints require supports when they could be printed lying flat?

For my designs, I deliberately choose to print them standing upright rather than flat, in order to achieve the best possible level of detail. I prioritize visual quality over saving a few grams of filament.

Of course, you are free to change the print orientation in your slicer if you prefer.
