Description

Title: LTR390UV Sensor Case with Quartz Glass Window (UV Transparent)

 

Description: A custom enclosure designed specifically for the LTR390UV sensor module. Since standard glass, acrylic, and polycarbonate absorb UV radiation, this case features a dedicated slot for a Quartz Glass (Fused Silica) window to ensure accurate sensor readings.

 

Features & Dimensions:

  • Sensor Mounting: Internal standoffs with 4 holes to securely hold the LTR390UV PCB.
  • UV Window: The lid features a recessed slot for an 18mm diameter x 2mm thick circular Quartz Glass.
    • Assembly Tip: The glass should be glued and sealed using silicone to ensure a watertight fit.
  • Cable Management: A 6mm hole at the bottom for cable entry.
  • Mounting: Two 7mm holes on the external tabs for mounting the case to a wall or frame.
  • Lid Assembly: The lid is secured to the base using two M3 screws.
