Robust and functional snack box inspired by the world of blocks! This model is designed to be easy to print (no supports needed!) and ultra-resistant thanks to mechanical screw assembly
🛠️ Required Hardware (Hardware Required)
The design uses M3 screws for superior durability compared to 3D printed pins:
- Back (Hinges): 2x M3 30mm Screws (They screw directly into the body, no nuts needed)
- Front (Closing Clip): 4x M3 35mm Screws + 4x M3 Nuts
- Pro Tip: Thanks to the front nuts, you can adjust the stiffness of the clip. Tighten for a secure closure or loosen for easier opening for children
🖨️ Print Settings (Print Settings)
The model is optimized for clean and stress-free printing:
- Supports: ❌ NOT REQUIRED. The design is meant to be printed directly on the build plate
- Material: PLA (perfect for clip rigidity)
- Text Detail (Inlay/Reverse Print): To make the text above defined and perfect:
- Walls: Set to 1 wall for logo details
- Initial Layer Width: Set to 0.3mm (allows the nozzle to better fill small text details, preventing gaps)
